It is time for another Eats On The Streets May 26th 2018 and we (Help Change my city) would love to have you out to serve meals with us!
For those of you who have not been out to join us before, the drill is simple. We will be meeting at 11:00am sharp at 488 Carrall Street where you will see a tent and Help Change My City tables set up. Once we have gathered there, volunteers will receive instruction and then either serve from the tables or go out in groups to walk the area to pass out meals, engage in conversation and give words of encouragement to our friends on the Downtown Eastside.

We also need a team who is ready to prep lunches and write out notes of encouragement to our friends on the Eastside. The event is taking place at the new La Salle Campus (previously Art Institute) at 5:30pm May 25th. We will be gathering in the culinary kitchens on the second floor, look for signs reading ‘Second Floor Bistro’. Come willing to get creative and pour a lot of love into the meals and notes we will be making to serve the East side of Vancouver!
