#BoycottWholeFoods or Second chance?

It’s less than a week before millions of Canadians are set to pay their respects to veterans by wearing a poppy, a national grocery store chain has banned its employees from wearing the symbol of remembrance while on the job.
U.S.-based Whole Foods owned by Amazon says poppies aren’t allowed under its recently updated uniform policy, which affects employees at its multiple locations across Canada.
No real answer from corporate affairs , won’t say why besides Whole Foods Market has barred its employees from wearing poppies at work because the Remembrance Day symbol ( poppy) doesn’t meet their dress code.

Food for Men Foundation has contacted human resources at Whole Foods regarding this issue. We reminded them of a similar incident with Vancouver City council turning against Veterans over parking. That didn’t end well for elected officials with public outcry and had to reverse their selfish decision . Veterans do not forget how they are treated and by whom . The Foundation is a well known staunch supporter of Veterans.

Update

So Whole Foods flip flops on Poppy policy . We would like Whole Foods to stop trying to be ‘Woke Foods’ . Show respect, lest we forget. Take your business elsewhere or second chance?
